How do I confirm my booking?
Your booking is confirmed once we’ve received the required 30% deposit and sent you written confirmation of your reservation. The remaining 70% is payable when you arrive at Shaka Surf Morocco.
What deposit do I need to pay?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is non-refundable, but if your plans change, it may be transferred once to a new stay within 12 months, provided you request the change more than 30 days before your original arrival date and the new dates are subject to availability.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining 70% of your booking is payable when you arrive at Shaka Surf Morocco. You can pay in Euros, Moroccan Dirhams, or British Pounds, or by bank transfer.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans can change. Your cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel. More than 30 days before arrival, your 30% deposit remains non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new stay within 12 months, subject to our terms and availability. Cancellations closer to arrival may incur additional charges.
What happens if I need to change my dates?
We'll always do our best to accommodate changes to your booking. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the total price. If we can't accommodate a requested change, our cancellation policy will apply.
