Healing & Energy Practices Retreat for Women

We are excited to share this carefully curated women-only retreat offering with you.

Deep dive with us as we explore a range of practices from shamanic healing, somatic and energy practices, a private therapy session, guided meditations, art therapy, yoga, and more!

Alongside these practices, you will have the chance to explore the local culture with a day trip hiking in Paradise Valley (along with a practice in nature).

There will also be free time to relax, enjoy the beach or rooftop chill-out spaces, or simply take a nap. This time is for you to enjoy in whatever way you desire.

This very special combination of personal and group therapeutic experiences is done with lots of love and care for YOU.

This is a small group retreat, offering just 6 maximum spots.

A retreat for those who want to:

Join us for an entire week in a small cozy group of women, focusing on yourself, supported and cared for by those who are there for you.

How your week will look:

Expect no day to be the same as we journey through a range of practices, workshops, and sessions. Each day has a period of free time scheduled, and each guest will receive a 2-hour one-on-one session with Kate, which will be scheduled across these free periods throughout the week.

Apart from everything mentioned below, the main part of this retreat will be your own personal process of transformation, which will begin from the moment you arrive (if not earlier). It can't be outlined or described, but expect it to be one smooth, beautiful adventure with lots of insights, expansion, support, and guidance.
