COVID-19 UPDATE:

Dearest Friends,

We hope you are all well, and we wanted to give you a quick update on Shaka Surf Morocco and the future of surf holiday bookings with us.

We have decided to implement some changes in light of the current global situation and the Covid-19 outbreak. We understand booking holidays during this time may not be a priority, but for those of you who would like to plan your next surf trip to Morocco with us then we made some amendments to our booking and cancellation policies to hopefully put you a little more at ease in making your reservation.

We are keeping an eye on the updates on international flight routes, as well as what the re-opening requirements for the tourism sector will be for both hotels and surf schools in Morocco. We will keep you in the know, as soon as we hear further news. Currently, the quarantine period is until June 10th, so on this date we anticipate an update.

Rest assured we are doing our best to get back up and running as soon as possible and in the safest way for both you and our team.

COVID-19 BOOKING TERMS + CONDITIONS UPDATES

Deposits

We are reducing our deposit amount to 50 Euro per booking, this is non refundable however the deposit will be automatically transferred to a gift voucher on cancellation. This voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed by the booker, or optionally it can be redeemed by an alternative individual should you wish to re-gift it. In the case of the latter, you would need to inform us of the name change for the voucher holder.

Final Balance

The remaining balance will only be taken on site, on arrival - we will not take this in advance for the foreseeable future.

Cancellations

If in the case you need to cancel and rebook your holiday, this will be free to do within an 18 month timeframe. We will issue a voucher for your deposit (as detailed above) which you can redeem on any future surf trips with Shaka Surf Morocco.

Can I still book a holiday?

Yes, absolutely - we are still taking bookings for the upcoming season with more flexible terms in place as outlined above.

What happens to my deposit if I have to cancel my trip?

We have decided to take a token deposit amount of 50 Euros on all bookings, this ensures you have the peace of mind that you have your place reserved. IF, the trip is not possible then this deposit will be transferred to a Shaka Surf Morocco gift voucher, valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
